President
- Terrance Williams Trammell Crow Associate, Development & Investment Mr. Williams serves as an Associate for Trammell Crow Company, where he manages all aspects and phases of the real estate development process on complex, urban, mixed-use development projects, including acquisition, financing, zoning/entitlements, design, permitting, construction, leasing and disposition. Mr. Williams is responsible for underwriting development projects and conducts numerous analyses of current market demographics, current rents, analysis of developmental sites in similar geographical areas, and other environmental and specification analysis. In addition, he assists in the due diligence process for new development and acquisition pursuits. He also provides leasing, design and entitlement assistance once the initial financial feasibility and due diligence work has been completed. |

- Marcus Goodwin Four Points / W-G Capital Associate, Acquisitions Mr. Goodwin serves as an Associate at Four Points and its opportunistic/value-add real estate private equity fund, W-G Capital. There he works to establish best practice standards and templates for Investment Committee memoranda and institutional co-investor presentations. He is also tasked with preparing Institutional Co-Investor Packages. Mr. Goodwin is responsible for managing and updating pro formas for all of the firm's investments. He is responsible for organizing all documents related to existing and new acquisitions of W-G, West Group, and Four Points. He also prepares a monthly status report on all acquisition activities. This is in addition to his responsibility for LOI preparation, contract negotiation, due diligence review and coordination, due diligence material acquisition, and project business plan preparation. He participates in other acquisition activities and works with the brokerage community as needed. |

- Roberta Bosfield CSG Urban Partners Associate Ms. Bosfield currently serves as an Associate for CSG Urban Partners, where she manages advisory engagements and pre-development efforts for the firm’s Washington D.C. development projects. She leads real estate knowledge distribution activities for clients that seek to strategically leverage existing real estate assets through development, including market and feasibility analysis, deal transaction review and underwriting. Bobby plays an integral role in the successful management and negotiations of development projects for clients located in the Northeast Corridor. Bobby is a member of the Project REAP 2018 class (Washington, DC) and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute Washington, DC chapter. |

- Malcolm Williams IDI Group Companies Project Manager Mr. Williams serves as a Project Manager for IDI Group Companies. He manages all aspects of the development process on a variety of mixed-use development projects. Responsibilities range from due diligence, construction management, capital markets, in addition to customer service. Mr. Williams manages projects, conducts market research, rental analysis, value engineering, comparative analysis, as well as design review. |
